General Policy
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, NSFW Tavern purchases and fees already charged are final and non-refundable. Prepaid plans do not renew automatically. Canceling a recurring subscription stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.
Exceptions We Review
Contact support if you believe any of the following occurred:
- The same purchase was charged more than once.
- Payment completed but the purchased access was not delivered after a reasonable processing period.
- A payment provider requires a reversal or confirms that a transaction was fraudulent.
- A payment dispute, technical error, or applicable law requires us to review or reverse the transaction.
Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. Eligibility depends on the payment provider's capabilities, transaction status, account activity, evidence, and applicable law.
How To Request A Review
Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account. Include the order number, payment date, payment provider, and a brief explanation. Never send a private key, recovery phrase, full payment-card number, or account password.
We may ask for additional information and may direct you to the payment provider when only the provider can complete the reversal.
After An Approved Refund Or Reversal
We update local order status and revoke the related subscription, credits, or other entitlements only after the payment provider confirms the remote refund or reversal. A signed provider notification may also require us to reconcile an order automatically.
An already consumed benefit cannot be converted to cash. If a reversal creates an invalid or negative entitlement state, we may correct the balance, suspend related access, or contact you to resolve the discrepancy.
Chargebacks And Disputes
Contact support before starting a chargeback when possible so we can investigate. We may temporarily suspend disputed entitlements while a payment investigation is open. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in account restrictions.
