NSFW Tavern lets users create and publish AI characters, images, profiles, and related content. We respect creators and copyright owners. If you believe public content on NSFW Tavern uses your copyrighted work without authorization, you can request that we remove or disable access to it.

Submit A Takedown Request

Send a complete request to [email protected] with:

• Your full name and contact email.
• The exact NSFW Tavern URL of the character, image, profile, or other material at issue.
• A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
• A link to the original work or source, if available.
• A statement that you believe the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

What Happens Next

We review complete requests and may remove or disable access to reported material when appropriate. We may contact you for additional information or proof of authority.

Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed in error or misidentified, you may email a counter-notice to the same address. Include your contact details, the URL or description of the removed material, and why you believe the removal was a mistake. We may restore material when appropriate and permitted by law.

Repeat Infringers

Accounts that are the subject of repeated valid takedown requests may be suspended or terminated in accordance with our Terms of Service.
