NSFW Tavern is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and lawful environment for users and for people who may be affected by content on the platform. This page explains how to request review or removal of content that may resemble a real person, violate rights, include personal information, or otherwise breach our policies.

1. AI-Generated and User-Submitted Content

NSFW Tavern is an AI character chat and character creation platform. While content may be fictional, AI-generated, user-submitted, or otherwise simulated, we recognize that some material may raise concerns because it appears to resemble a real person, uses personal information, infringes rights, or violates our rules.

Any resemblance between fictional AI-generated content and a real person may be unintentional, but we take good-faith removal requests seriously.

2. When to Request Removal

You may request review or removal if you believe content on NSFW Tavern:

  • Resembles you or another real person in a way that creates privacy, consent, or safety concerns.
  • Uses a person's name, image, likeness, personal information, or identity without authorization.
  • Infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other legal rights.
  • Contains non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, threats, abuse, or other harmful material.
  • Depicts or appears to depict minors, child sexual exploitation, or other illegal content.
  • Violates our Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, or other posted policies.

3. How to Submit a Request

To request content removal, email [email protected] with:

  • A description of the content you want reviewed.
  • The URL, character name, account name, screenshot, or other details that help us locate the content.
  • Your relationship to the person affected by the content.
  • A short explanation of why the content should be removed or restricted.
  • Contact information so we can follow up if more information is needed.

Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information. If you are reporting urgent safety concerns or illegal content, clearly state that in the subject line.

4. Verification

To prevent abuse of the removal process, we may ask for information reasonably needed to verify the request. This may include confirmation of identity, proof that you are authorized to act for the affected person, or clarification about the rights or safety issue involved.

We use verification information only for review, enforcement, legal, safety, and record-keeping purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Review and Action

After receiving a request, NSFW Tavern will review the reported content and available information. Depending on the circumstances, we may:

  • Remove, restrict, hide, or disable access to the content.
  • Ask the uploader or account holder for additional information.
  • Preserve records needed for safety, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
  • Suspend or terminate accounts involved in serious or repeated violations.
  • Decline removal where the request is incomplete, abusive, unsupported, or not covered by our policies.
  • Escalate illegal or high-risk content to payment providers, hosting providers, law enforcement, or other authorities when appropriate.

We aim to handle requests promptly, but review time can vary depending on complexity, volume, and the need for verification.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

Removal requests are treated with care. We do not share personal information from a request except as needed to review the request, enforce our policies, comply with law, protect safety, respond to legal claims, or operate the Service.

7. Repeat or Abusive Requests

NSFW Tavern may reject, limit, or deprioritize requests that are fraudulent, abusive, automated, duplicative, or submitted to harass another user. We may also take action against accounts that repeatedly upload content violating this policy.
